TERMS OF USE

What are the rules for using this site?

You’re welcome to read it, use it, and quote it with credit. It isn’t advice, and it isn’t a guarantee.

The details are below. See also the Privacy Policy, Disclosures, and Health & Medical Disclaimer.

Effective date: September 1, 2026  ·  By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What is this site?

A place to learn how to lead, learn, raise kids and feel better in the age of AI. It is published by Lead With Gold, LLC, which publishes books, book summaries, toolkits and educational resources, and offers paid advisory sessions.

What is this site not?

This matters more than the previous answer, so we will be specific.

→ Not advice. Everything here is general information for educational purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Your circumstances are yours, and you should take them to your own clinician, CPA or counsel before acting.

→ Not medical care. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for care from your own licensed clinician. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. See our Health & Medical Disclaimer.

→ Not a guarantee of results. Any figures, examples or outcomes shown are illustrative only and your results may differ. See our Disclosures for how each number is derived.

→ Not a professional relationship. Reading this site, downloading a resource, or submitting a form does not create any doctor-patient, attorney-client, professional or fiduciary relationship between us. That begins only under a signed written agreement or a paid session booked with us.

Who can use this site?

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us or submit information through our forms. Material written about children is intended to be used by a parent, guardian or educator, not by a child directly.

Is the information accurate?

We work hard to make it so, and we cite our sources. Published figures reflect what those sources said when we read them. Artificial intelligence tools, capabilities, pricing and regulation change quickly, and the evidence base behind health approaches evolves. We do not promise the site is current, complete or free of error at any given moment.

If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

What does it cost, and what happens if I need to move a session?

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled by our third-party payment providers, and by purchasing you agree to their terms as well as ours. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.

→ Rescheduling. Give us at least 48 hours' notice and we will move your session at no charge.

→ Late cancellations and no-shows. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, are treated as delivered.

→ Multi-session packages. Unused sessions expire 12 months after purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Can I get a refund?

→ Digital products. Books, summaries, toolkits and downloads are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once accessed, except where a refund is required by law.

→ Advisory sessions. Cancel more than 48 hours before your first scheduled session and we refund the unused portion in full. Once a session has been delivered, that session is non-refundable.

If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell us. We would rather fix it than argue about a policy.

Who owns the content?

We do. The text, books, summaries, frameworks, worksheets, graphics, and the arrangement of them are owned by Keryn Gold and Lead With Gold, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws.

What you may do: read it, print it, share a link, quote a short excerpt with attribution to Lead With Gold, and use what you buy inside your own organization or household.

What you may not do: republish it as your own, resell it, share your access credentials, strip our attribution, use it to train a commercial model, or scrape the site at scale.

Our name and logos used here are our marks. Other names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.

What about what I send you?

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it, and if you send us feedback or a testimonial, to use that in connection with our business including in marketing. If you later ask us to remove a testimonial you gave, we will.

Do not send us anything confidential that you do not want us to have, and please do not send us health information. See our Privacy Policy.

What are the rules for using the site?

Do not attempt to breach it, overload it, scrape it at scale, misrepresent who you are, harass anyone, upload anything harmful, or use it for an unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

What about links and partners?

We link to scheduling tools, booksellers, practitioners and published research. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end.

Some of those links are affiliate links. See our Disclosures.

Is anything warranted?

No, and this section is deliberately blunt because it has to be.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any result described here will be achieved by you.

What are the limits of your liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for your use of this site or for anything you do in reliance on it.

That applies to Lead With Gold, LLC and Keryn Gold, and to our owners, members, officers, employees, affiliates, partners and agents, and it covers every category of loss: direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary and punitive damages, and lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, and health, financial, legal or professional consequences, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Where the law does not permit a complete exclusion, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. For site visitors who have paid us nothing, that amount is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and parts of the above may not apply to you.

Liability arising out of a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead With Gold, LLC and Keryn Gold, and our owners, members, officers, employees, affiliates, partners and agents, from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Which law applies, and where would a dispute be heard?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, or in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.

Anything else?

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclosures and Health & Medical Disclaimer, are the entire agreement regarding your use of this site.

We may update these terms. The version posted here with the current effective date is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

How do I reach you?

Through our contact page.
