DISCLOSURES

Where do our numbers come from?

Each figure we publish has a basis, and this page tells you what it is.

How we’re paid, what our results represent, and what they don’t. See also the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Health & Medical Disclaimer.

Effective date: September 1, 2026  ·  These disclosures apply to every page on leadwithgold.com, our books and summaries, and our email communications.

What exactly do you do?

Lead With Gold, LLC publishes books, book summaries, toolkits and educational resources, and offers paid advisory sessions with Keryn Gold and her team.

We are educators and advisors. We are not a licensed medical, mental health, legal, tax, accounting or investment practice, and we do not deliver clinical care, therapy or regulated financial services.

How are you paid?

You should know where our incentives sit.

→ Product sales. Some of what we publish is free. Some is paid. The price is on the page.

→ Advisory fees. Paid sessions are billed at published rates, currently $599, $999 and $2,500 depending on the format.

→ Affiliate commissions. Some links, including links to books and tools, are affiliate links. If you buy through one we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. A commission never changes what we recommend or what we say about it.

→ No paid placement. Nobody pays us for coverage, a mention, or a favorable description. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will say so at the top of the page.

You may ask us at any time how we are compensated in connection with anything you are reading, and we will tell you.

Is any of this advice?

No.

Everything on this site is general information for educational purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, professional or fiduciary relationship.

Consult your own licensed clinician, CPA or counsel before acting on anything here. We will happily join that conversation.

Are the results you publish typical?

Not necessarily. Please read this before relying on any figure.

Reported results are those from specific engagements, organizations or individuals. They are not averages, and they are not a prediction of what you will achieve.

Outcomes depend on your starting point, your organization, your role, your resources, how much of the material you actually apply, and a great many things outside our control. Some people will do better than the figures shown. Some will do considerably less. Some will get nothing from it at all.

We do not guarantee any result, financial, professional or personal.

Where do your published figures come from?

Each number on this site falls into one of four buckets, and we will tell you which on request.

→ Engagement results such as 50x+ first-year ROI are actual figures from specific client work, reported and validated during the engagement. Client names are withheld for confidentiality.

→ Ranges such as 10 to 40% of indirect costs describe what we typically see across engagements. They are ranges precisely because outcomes vary.

→ Composites. Case studies and examples may be assembled from real client work with identifying details changed or removed to protect confidentiality. A composite is not a single real engagement and should not be read as one.

→ Industry benchmarks and published research come from third-party sources, cited where they appear. Those figures belong to their publishers, not to us.

Can you back the numbers up?

Yes, and you are welcome to ask. We will identify the basis for any published figure on request. We do not publish numbers we cannot support.

What about the testimonials and the company logos?

Testimonials reflect the honest experience of the individual who gave them, at the time they gave it. They are not typical, they have not been independently verified, and they are not evidence that you will experience anything similar. Testimonial providers were not paid unless it says so next to the testimonial.

Where a person's employer appears next to a testimonial, it identifies that individual only. It does not mean the organization endorses, sponsors, has reviewed, or is affiliated with Lead With Gold, and no such endorsement should be inferred.

Company names and logos shown under headings such as "Transformation, Achieved" identify organizations where Keryn Gold has worked or that she has served through consulting engagements. That is a statement of professional history, not of current relationship or endorsement. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners.

What about the awards and media features?

Awards, honors and media placements shown here were conferred or published by the named third parties. Selection criteria are set by those organizations, not by us. A media feature means a publication covered or quoted Keryn Gold. It does not mean the publication endorses our books, programs or services.

What about forward-looking statements?

Statements about what artificial intelligence will do, what a tool may become, or what work may look like are estimates based on information available now. They are not promises. Actual outcomes may differ, and this field moves faster than any publishing schedule.

Do you give health advice?

No. We write about health, which is a different thing.

Nothing we publish diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and no statement about a supplement or wellness product has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Read our Health & Medical Disclaimer before acting on anything in that part of the site.

Do you handle health information?

No. We do not collect, receive or store protected health information. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

What if something here is unclear?

Ask. We would rather explain a disclosure than have you rely on something you misread. Reach us through our contact page.
